Because of this, we offer a free 30-minute phone call to:
- Discuss what services we can provide to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be (without that legal problem in your life).
- Give you a better understanding of your options and a clearer sense of how best to proceed based on your individual circumstances.
- Help you come up with a customized plan and strategy, and even execute that plan for you, so that you can spend your precious time working on your business instead of hopelessly researching business law topics.
What Makes Us Different?
We take a ‘business-first’ approach to legal services by addressing the core business issue, process or procedure at the heart of your legal problem. We don’t just deliver a fancy piece of paper – we help you rethink how your business operates from ground up and them work with you to implement those best practices.
For most of our services outside of negotiation services, we use predetermined or flat fees. If we cannot offer you a predetermined rate, we’ll always do our best to create an agreeable budget with you—which is all part of our “No Surprise Billing Policy”. You’ll hear more about this during your upcoming meeting.
There is no obligation to hire us after the telephone appointment if you find that we are not the right fit. Similarly, if we don’t think we are the right firm for you, then we will be more than happy to help find the right lawyer for you.
