As a Toronto business and technology lawyer, Sukhi received an intensive, practical education in business strategy and negotiation while representing an assortment of business clients from all over Canada. Sukhi has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases, from setting up their very first company to buying and selling businesses, national expansion, franchising, investment and finance deals, and more. Sukhi now applies his proven business skills he developed to help businesses of all stages and life cycles to navigate through company formation and fund raising stages, as well as day-to-day matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts.
Sukhi received a joint Juris Doctor / Master of Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business where he was among the top of his class in Business Law, Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. While completing his joint degree program, Sukhi was a caseworker for Osgoode Hall Law School’s Community and Legal Aid Services Programme where he represented low-income Torontonians with Criminal Law matters. Sukhi was also a caseworker for the Osgoode Business Clinic where he provided on-going legal services and assistance to proprietors of small businesses in Toronto.
