This position will be responsible for important work, including:
Handling the Firm’s relationships with the clients, potential clients, former clients, referral sources, professional contacts, and the general public – and making sure everyone leaves with a big smile!
Speak with incoming leads and identify whether they are qualified leads by asking a series of questions designed to speak to our ideal A+ client, target the correct legal issues, gauge urgency/motivation, and determine whether there is potential for a conflict of interest.
Scheduling qualified leads for Strategy Meetings with a lawyer, initiate and manage the Firm’s Customer Relation Management systems and glidepaths, and prepare lawyers with all of the information needed for a successful meeting.
Ensure successful client onboarding, including preparation of Engagement Agreements, taking payment and gathering any necessary documents.
Assisting with the Firm’s marketing and referral efforts by developing relationships with the Firm’s referral partners and findings ways to make referrals to leads and clients.
Following up with leads and clients on a regular basis to proactively check in on their business, their new hire, their transaction, their family, etc..
Collaborate directly with Owner on important firm projects.

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need a Customer Service Specialist with at least 2 – 4+ years of experience working with business owners and providing top notch service. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding.
This is a full-time position that will require a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position is virtual, with the possibility of hybrid in-person at some point in the future. Salary is expected to be $40,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience and workload. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability as well.
