I’m Sukhi Hansra and I’m the founder and principal lawyer of Hansra Law. I’d like to tell you the story of my first business. Back in 2012, I founded an innovative meal-prepping company in Toronto – which was unheard of at the time. My partner and I would cook up healthy meals, package them, and deliver them to our hungry and health-conscious clients. It wasn’t before long until business started booming and the clients started rolling in endlessly!
You see, my partner and I thought we were on top of the world. But we failed to realize a very obvious mistake – you can’t sell meals without a commercial kitchen and health and safety certification. Well… we didn’t have the capital for that and, as you can imagine, down came crashing our almost successful business venture!

I suffered the entrepreneurial nightmare – a failed business. But I refused to let that stop me. The experience drove a fire in me to figure out how we could’ve done it right. What proceeded was a long journey through law school, a Masters of Business Administration, hundreds of books, and two more entrepreneurial ventures! This time, however, I was able to plan for success with my two new ventures – a legal technology and AI company and a technology consulting business.
That was 5 years ago. Since then, I founded Hansra Law. Today we help ambitious business owners eliminate uncertainties and rapidly grow their business into the national company of their dreams. My vision with Hansra Law is to give business owners what I needed back in 2012 – the legal and business guidance to take your goals and priorities and show you how to bring them to reality.
Most of what you’re going to be exposed to in our law firm is probably going to contradict most of the “conventional wisdom” you’ve ever heard about building a successful business. However, if you follow conventional wisdom you’re only going to produce conventional results. And neither of us wants that for you!
